Wacom Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. We encourage you to review these Terms each time you make a purchase from us to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to such purchase.
1. Availability and Pricing
All products offered for sale are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order and discontinue our ecommerce website without prior notice. Prices for products are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect any order for products you have already placed.
2. Payments and Taxes
We attempt to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors on our website; however, we do not represent or warrant that the descriptions, pricing or other product information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly (which includes charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

7. Limitations of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WACOM AND OUR DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONSULTANTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “WACOM PARTIES”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY—WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE—FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM RELIANCE BY YOU ON ANY INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM US, WHETHER OR NOT WACOM OR A WACOM PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WACOM AND THE WACOM PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS AND THESE TERMS OF SALE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY HEREIN, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID WACOM FOR THE PRODUCTS.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
8. Governing Law.
These Terms, including the limited warranty, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

SHIPPING DETAILS & TAXES
Wacom uses several methods for shipping product. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available. All orders ship from either our Vancouver, WA or Memphis, TN warehouse.
All orders are subject to a one to four day processing period before shipping; therefore, when selecting your shipping preference, add up to four days to the delivery period indicated. Wacom uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd day delivery.
Currently we are only able to accept orders and shipments within the United States, including APOs and FPOs, and we do not ship internationally.
Unless we state otherwise, risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipper which delivers the product to your specified delivery location.
USPS Mail Innovations: This method is generally better for packages under one pound with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 10 – 15 days from shipment for delivery). US Postal Service shipments can ship to United States APO, FPO or PO Box addresses for packages under one pound.
- There is a $5.00 flat fee per order for this service.
UPS Ground*: This method is generally better for packages over one pound with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 5 – 7 days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door.
- Orders over one pound and/or under $50 in value have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.
- Orders over $50 in value qualify for free ground shipping. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available via free UPS ground shipping option.
UPS 2nd Day Air*: This method is generally better for time-sensitive deliveries. Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door.

- Orders should arrive two days after your order is processed and shipped from the warehouse. Note that weekends and holidays may delay shipping.
UPS Next Day Air Saver*: This method is generally better for highly time-sensitive deliveries. Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door.

- Orders should arrive the day after your order is processed and shipped from the warehouse. Note that weekends and holidays may delay shipping.
**UPS orders require a physical address and cannot be shipped to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.
How to Expedite Shipping Your Order
Avoid delivery delays by including your full address, including company name if applicable, suite number, apartment number, floor number, building number, etc., and a valid phone number.
We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or shipment of your order.
If your order is returned to Wacom as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Please contact Customer Care to resolve your payment issue at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266).
Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.
Order Processing by Wacom
Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
State Sales Tax
You are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees due with respect to your purchase and use of merchandise. We collect sales taxes on orders sold by us and shipped to locations in Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin, unless the purchase is exempt from such taxes. We will present any taxes that we are required to collect at checkout, but note that actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout. Please note that we do not collect sales or use taxes on merchandise shipped to states other than those identified above. You may owe use tax or have additional tax requirements with respect to merchandise shipped to such other states.
If you are tax exempt and shipping to AL, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA or WI, please call Customer Support at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) to place your tax exempt order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
Wacom accepts payments via the following credit cards issued in the United States:
- American Express
We do not accept debit cards or gift cards of any type. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes, shipping and other charges). When you provide your payment information, you authorize us (or a third party service provider working on our behalf) to process, verify and store your payment and other related information. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to verify your payment. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
- Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. If your order is delayed in processing, a hold will be placed on your credit card, but your card will not be charged until your order ships from our warehouse.
Availability of product.
Currently, we are unable to email product availability notifications. Estimated availability dates appear on our product page. We encourage you to view our eStore product pages for updates on the estimated availability date.
Some products are not available for backorders.
If the maximum number of backorders available for a particular product is reached, the product will be marked as 'Item Unavailable' and no more backorders will be accepted. This often happens with new products with high-demands.
To return your online purchase:
Separate from our Limited Warranty, Wacom offers a 30-day return policy on products purchased in our eStore. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. Please contact Wacom Customer Care via telephone at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to Wacom. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Order and Pre-Order Cancellations:
No cancellations are allowed once product orders are submitted. However, if you order pre-release products designated as a pre-order ("Pre-Order"), you may cancel such Pre-Orders by calling our Customer Care team at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your Pre-Order number ready.
Wacom offers a repair service for its products. Repairs services are handled out of our Vancouver, Washington office. For repairs, please follow the process outlined below:
- 1. Please contact Technical Care via email or telephone at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) to discuss the issue that you are experiencing. When we have you on the phone, we will ask you several questions that will help us better diagnose the issue and determine whether we can help resolve your issue with our repair service.
- 2. Should we identify issues with your Wacom product that we believe we can repair, the Technical Care team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product to Wacom.
- 3. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date.
- 4. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
